Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://novamoversarlington.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description. This Site describes Residential Moving, Commercial Moving, Packing Services, Junk Removal, Piano Moving, Appliance Removal provided by NovaMovers. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://novamoversarlington.com is the property of NovaMovers or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. NovaMovers may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

No Warranties. NovaMovers disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Damages. NovaMovers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NovaMovers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Law and Venue. TX law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TX.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
